Steps For Hp Officejet Pro 8035 All-in-one Printer Setup

HP OfficeJet Pro 8035 All-in-One printer comes with auto-duplex printing technology. It can print remotely using the HP Smart app. It is a wireless printer so that it can be connected to computers, smartphones, and laptops. You can also set up your printer wirelessly using Wi-Fi, USB or Ethernet connection. Let's see how to set up HP OfficeJet Pro 8035 printer easily.

Unpacking and initial setup:

Take out the printer and remove all the other box contents.
Remove all the tape and packing material around your printer.
Remove the film from the printer's control panel.
Raise the scanner lid and remove the styrofoam sheet from the scanner glass.
Close the scanner lid.
Slide-out the input tray and remove the packaging material inside the tray.
Connect the power cord to the back of the printer and the other end to the electrical socket.
On the printer, press the Power button.
On the printer control panel, select Language and touch Confirm.
Choose Country or Region and touch Confirm.

Ink Cartridges Installation:

Open the front door and then the ink cartridges access door.

Wait until the cartridge holder stops in an installation position.

Grab the ink cartridges from the pack.

Pull out the orange tape and remove the protective tape from the ink cartridges.

Note: Do not touch the copper-colored contact or ink nozzles.

Install the ink cartridge (Magenta, Cyan, Yellow, Black) into the respective slots.

Press down and up the ink cartridge until it fits into place.

Close the ink cartridge access door and then the front door.

After the printer finishes installing, touch OK.

Paper loading steps:

Drag the input tray from the printer.
Slide the paper width guide to the outermost position.
Load the white paper into the input tray and slide the paper width guide to the innermost position to fit the paper into its place.
Insert the input tray into the printer.

On the printer control panel, touch OK.
Now the alignment page will print.
Open the lid and place the alignment page on the scanner glass.
Close the scanner lid and touch Scan.
The printer alignment successful message is displayed on the control panel.

Connect the fax cable:

If you plan to use the fax function, use the fax cord to connect a landline.
Connect the fax cord to the phone wall jack and then connect the other end to the LINE port jack of the printer.

If you are using the answering device, connect the fax cord to the machine and the other end to the EXT fax port jack.

Driver Downloading Steps:

On your computer, visit the Official HP website.
Click on Software and Drivers and select Printer.
Enter HP OfficeJet Pro 8035 printer in the product search bar and click on the Submit option.
Click on Choose a different OS.
Choose Windows from the Operating System drop-down menu.
Select your required version for Windows from the Version drop-down menu and click Change.
Click on All drivers.
Select your required driver and click Download.

Driver installation steps:
