RECONNECT THE PRINTER:

  • If you have already turned on your printer, turn it off and disconnect its power cord.
  • Turn off your computer and disconnect the wireless router for 15 seconds.
  • Now, reconnect the necessary cable and turn on the wireless router.
  • Next, power on your computer.
  • Plug the power cord into the back of your printer and an electrical outlet.

  • Tap on the Print Reports option on the printer screen.
  • Next, select the Network Configuration Page or Wireless Test Report option.
  • When your printer prints the network configuration page, check the network status.
  • If you see any error on the configuration page, resolve the issue.
